It’s a truism that work expands to fill the time allocated to it – especially when there are several people working on it. Kate Boogaard offers some insights into why this happens and, more to the point, how to get the right work done at the right time. Keeping people engaged and clear on what they need to do and why saves time and misdirected effort. It requires good planning from the get go, so get it done right.
