We designed and facilitated a custom accredited Cert IV Leadership and Management program for Valley Longwall International. The program was aimed at improving leadership capability to a consistent standard, with increased engagement and commitment to effective leadership.
The program fostered the ability to significantly contribute to participants’ business units through a comprehensive understanding and application of a business transformation model for participants’ teams.
