Hunter Water engaged LKS Quaero to deliver an innovation program, providing participants with practical, interactive leadership and management learning.
As part of this work, we established visual management centres, developed a new Work Management Standard for the Mechanical Maintenance team, and developed training packages for role clarity.
We designed and facilitated this program that was formulated to enable participants to be accredited with a Certificate IV Leadership and Management qualification. Participants needed to enact demonstrable improvements in their workplace to pass.
We’re proud to work with regional Councils that are water utilities, At Kempsey, we are undertaking a leadership program, focusing on building leadership, innovation, and change management capability within Kempsey’s broader organisational transformation program. Our broader work with Kempsey includes the review and redesign of its Water & Sewer unit.
