With the football season almost in the bag, I am getting excited about the opportunity to watch a little bit of leather on willow! Yes, the cricket season is almost here!!! For some reason, this prompted me to look back at the report from the fallout of the “Cape Town Affair” from 2018 (yes, it’s that long ago now).
A very well written report that laments a leadership team that created a culture of “winning without counting the costs”. It’s a great read and reflection point for all leaders (even if you aren’t a cricket tragic like myself).
