The article: If You’re Not Outside Your Comfort Zone, You Won’t Learn Anything by Andy Molinsky at the Harvard Business Review

What I think: It takes honesty and mettle to get to where you want to go, but the rewards are immense – not least in terms of your personal satisfaction with your courage and growth. Advice on pushing yourself and achievement often rings false for me – doing lots of stuff or pushing yourself to the limit tend to be represented as goals in and of themselves, out there to impress others. Molinsky, on the other hand, has practical advice on how to take the plunge if you’re feeling avoidant or frightened.
