What I think: If you get angry at work, it’s not a good idea to bottle it up or vent excessively. In this article, Fosslien and West Duffy share practical advice for managing the underlying issue that triggered the anger, as well as the effects of anger (and what not to do). Doing this well, rather than avoiding or stoking the problem, will stand us all in good stead.
