The podcast: Communicating Uncertainty: How to Connect With Your Audience, Even When The Answers Aren’t Clear (transcript at link) by Matt Abrahams and Lloyd Minor at Insights By Stanford Business

What I think: This is a great conversation, applying lessons from the medical field to leadership in any field. Abrahams and Minor discuss what introverts bring to leadership, effective listening as a trait that ‘undergirds the success in every other area of leadership,’ decisiveness, implementing feedback, communicating through ambiguity, authenticity, and recalibrating when you’ve been heading in the wrong direction. It’s well worth a listen.
