What I think: Here’s an interesting one on cognitive bias. Spillover bias can cause you to perceive more diversity than is actually there: “people who observe one kind of diversity are likely to think a different kind of diversity is present”. The solution is to get intentional and specific about diversity and what kinds of diversity you’re thinking about.
