We’ve got a new face on the team at LKS Quaero – welcome, Isaac! Isaac sat down to answer a few questions with us.
Tell us about yourself.
I have always had a love for business, business development, and marketing. Thinking back I remember creating “online” stores in MS Word when we got our first home computer. Now at 28, I have had the privilege of working in the field under some of the industry’s finest mentors. Outside of work you can catch me at the gym, at the beach, or walking my silly little dachshund.
What’s your role at LKS Quaero?
I’m LKS Quaero’s Marketing Associate.
What do you find challenging or exciting in your work?
The thing that excites me most about my role is data and quantifiable results. I love identifying trends and learning about clients.
What’s one piece of advice do you have for organisational leaders?
Be accountable! Take ownership of your wins and your mistakes, trust and honesty build businesses.
What place would you most like to visit and why?
The Cocos Keeling Islands or any other coral atoll for that matter. For me, these places seem extremely humbling. With 360-degree ocean views, they provide paradise and perspective, and within our lifetime they may disappear.
