What I think:

If you break out in a cold sweat thinking about having to confront someone or knowing you’re about to hear some negative feedback, you’re not alone. This podcast offers advice for effectively structuring a challenging conversation for long term impact, managing difficult feedback through exercising agency, and making genuine emotional connections through looking at communication as a collaborative effort. Most of all, Matt and Collins offer advice for getting out from between a rock and a hard place by creating space for genuine solutions through positive behaviour. A great and practical reminder on reorienting conversations to expansiveness and collaboration.
