Welcome, Alex! Tell us about yourself.
I live with my husband and 3 children in Singleton NSW.
I have a rich work history in areas of administration, finance, corporate governance and until recently I spent 13 years in a Registered Training Organisation where I gained a solid understanding of the VET sector and its Quality Framework.
How did you come to be at LKS Quaero?
During my time in the RTO I had the pleasure of partnering and working with the team at LKS Quaero on several programs and other ventures. After making the decision to have a break from the industry I have been fortunate enough to reconnect with LKS and keep a hand in the RTO space.
What interests you about your work?
The RTO was where I found my interest in compliance, quality processes and systems. I was fortunate to be able to learn a lot about quality systems, how to implement, monitor and manage their requirements to become and remain compliant and achieve desired outcomes.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
The thing I enjoy the most is the company of my family and friends and sharing quality time with them, which is difficult with 3 busy kids! After a few years of renovating we hope to fit in some travel soon, which I love to do and look forward to sharing the experience with our children.
