Another year has come and gone, and we’ve been glad of the opportunity to spend it with you. Here’s some of what we’ve been up to in 2021.
- We’ve been designing and delivering leadership development programming, tailored to meet each organisation’s challenges and goals. We’ve delivered several Leadership Essentials, Certificate IV Leadership and Management, and Diploma Leadership and Management programs this year
- We’ve been coaching senior leaders to better achieve their goals and build more cohesive, positive teams
- We’ve been facilitating Leadership Capability Assessments, for both current organisational leaders and as part of recruitment processes
- We’ve been conducting current state analyses, deep diving into the work required for teams and organisations to get from their current state to the desired future state
- We’ve been helping clients to design and implement fresh strategies
- We’ve been assessing and refreshing policies and procedures, with a particular focus on WHS
