We hope you have a significantly better year than 2020. We’re ready for better things to come, and it’s been a pleasure to support our clients during the year that has been. Here’s a summary of some of what we’ve been up to over the past year.
We’ve facilitated accredited leadership programs for several Diploma and Certificate IV Leadership and Management groups at the Australian Rail Track Corporation this year. LKS Quaero has supported their learning in person and through virtual learning. We’re proud of the range of exciting business improvements and innovations borne from ARTC participants’ assessment tasks, across safety, finance, performance management and more.
Pegasus have embarked on a major growth phase, and we’ve been by their side to maximise opportunities for growth. This has included fresh strategy, operational planning, and systems change work, as well as an accredited Certificate IV Leadership & Management program that is uniting Pegasus’ leaders with a common toolkit. We’re now assisting Pegasus to capitalise on the opportunities of its growth, including with targeted support for leaders at each level.
We’ve just said goodbye to the participants in our Leadership Essentials program at Origin Energy. Their work focused on foundational leadership, performance management, and continuous improvement. We’re also facilitating a Certificate IV Leadership and Management program at Origin, designed to develop participants’ skills to create a high performing team. We’re always excited to see more Origin participants bring their work to fruition.
At Port of Newcastle, we’ve facilitated tiered programs for the executive team, managers, staff, and specific business units, providing a consistent toolkit that is tailored for each level of work. The participants have made lots of strong cross-organisational improvements, supporting their teams and the broader objectives at PON. We’re also supporting safety changes at PON, fostering a brighter, safer future.
Well done to the participants at Rhomberg Rail who undertook a Certificate IV Leadership & Management program. Through their assessment tasks, they’ve implemented changes in areas ranging from safety, productivity, and cost reduction to aligning Rhomberg’s strategic planning with team and individual plans. We can’t wait to see what they do next.
At Goldspring, we facilitated a Leadership Essentials program. This enabled participants to receive a statement of attainment towards four units for a Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations. The program focused on leadership and performance management skills, risk management, and conducting safety and health investigations – with lots of interactive and practical activities. We wish everyone at Goldspring well as they support an ever stronger, safer work environment.
We’re looking forward to supporting more transformation and learning in the coming year. Thanks for coming on the journey of change with us.
